Additional information: 5yr ate chicken nuggets 4hrs later complaining about stomache hurting then started to vomit chicken up and it smelt sour, an hour later woke up from sleep due to stomache pain then started vomiting, and it happened again in the middle of the night. With temperature of 101.1 | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
