Became violently sick about 4 hours after rating a Southwest Salad at Wendy's on April 7...went to E.R. that said it was food poisoning. Was sick approximately 10 days. Now have mouth sores
Salad appeared to taste chemical, but thought it was my taste buds. Was sicker than ever been in my life. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
