I ate a 4 for 4 double stack meal went did homework was fine just sleepy. Then I went to bed. Middle of night I started passing gas loud and my stomach started feeling weird so I decided to use the restroom. I had to poop but I still wasn’t feeling good while on the toilet my mouth starts watering and then I got up fast and started vomiting uncontrollablely. Currently laying down I have class today and I don’t feel well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
