We went for dinner at Williams and brothers for father's day this past sunday June 18 2017. Myself, by boyfriend and my boyfriend's father all got really sick 24 hrs after. Me and My boyfriend's father starterd to get really sick at 4pm monday. Vomiting, diarrhea and fever... I got so dehaydraded that i was brought to the hospital by ambulance. My boyfriend had really bad diarrhea.
We thing we got sick from eating fried Okra and fried mushrooms.
We wonder if anybody else got sick that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
