I ate General Tsao chicken for dinner (I do this multiple times a week), and then next morning I woke up at 6 am with extreme pain and severe diarrhea and vomiting. I haven’t eaten in 2 days, I haven’t moved from my chair in 2 days except to go to the bathroom, and water goes straight through me. I have severe muscle aches, headaches, and body chills; as well as a fever for both days. I may need to go to the hospital because it’s so bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Headache, Chills, Muscle Pain
