I experienced severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting after eating a burger from Carl's Jr. on 2023-02-20.
I experienced severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting after eating at Spinato's Pizzeria in Phoenix, Arizona. The symptoms started about 2 hours after consumption and lasted for several hours. I believe the cause of the food poisoning was contaminated food, possibly the pizza or salad I ordered.
