My boyfriend got really sick on Monday, the night we ate Wingstop, and threw up for 2 days and still has diarrhea for 3 days straight even after taking pepto bismol. I barely started throwing up on Wednesday night 5 times and had diarrhea after every single time. I kept throwing up the pepto bismol and tylenol doses I was taking. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
