Ordered 7 buffalo tenders with ranch for lunch off doordash. The food looked and tasted fine however, hours later am having extreme stomach pain, diarrhea, and am vomiting. Atleast after vomiting enough I started to feel better. I have ordered the exact item before and had no issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
