Wing Meal: Severe Illness - Wingstop, Pinole California

Ordered a 6 piece meal from here and ate it around 8:30pm. About 3 hours later at 11pm , I woke up with intense stomach pain/cramps, nausea, chills, and diarrhea. Went back to bed thinking that was all , but then the vomiting started.
