Ordered the burger with medium done for lunch around 12:30 pm. Shopped a little and ran errands afterward. I started feeling minor symptoms around 3:30pm with just bloat and discomfort. By 6:30 pm, i started feeling extreme stomach pain, joint pain, headache, and a full-on fever. Also vomited my lunch out. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Headache, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Joint Pain
