Ordered the English breakfast and then 1-2 hours later I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. It then progressed into a fever, combined with nausea and severe dehydration. 2 and a half days later and I’m still suffering from diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
