I was at this location for lunch with friends on May 7th. I ordered the chopped salad with tri-tip. My friends all ordered different items. After leaving, I ran an errand, then on my way home, I experienced severe cramping, and sweating and tried to get home as soon as possible. When I got home..I was near passing out. I went to the bathroom and expelled the entire salad and was up all night with bloody diarrhea. Then just passing blood. I also had terrible cramps along with this. This continued for the next day. Finally, the bleeding stopped on Friday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Sweating, Bloody Stool
