I am a very health person, and I Ate some heavily ranched pizza slices.. next thing you knew I was so sick. It was really really bad and scary. I didn't know who I was for almost a day. Ended up in the hospital with serious food poisoning and an IV. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

… yes that is exactly how food poisoning works. If it is toxin-mediated then the symptoms can begin pretty fast after eating.

i'm sorry for the influx of wannabe funnymen from twitter. you got hospitalized and it was horribly scary. i don't think it's right for people to make fun of you for that bad experience bc they are so ignorant they think you mean all ranch is toxic. i hope they grow and mature out of making fun of a person for getting sick.
Ranch on Pizza is a very well known poison, only those who have built up a tolerance through years of self loathing can consume it without major negative side effects
