Zaxby's
Had my usual nibbles meal with zax sauce and went to bed hours later. Woke up at 4am with stomach ache and cramps. Got up and immediately started vomiting which I did 6 times that morning. Also had diarrhea, fever, bloating, and gas. Felt better the next day but still having digestive issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps, Bloating, Stomach Pain
