Food Safety Report: Zaxby's.

I got my 4 year old some of their fried mushrooms and a few hours later she started to get a tummy ache. Another hour or so later she vomited a few times and was running a fever. She fell asleep and hasn't had any more symptoms for 10 hours. It's really a shame because we are vegetarians and they have a good side salad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
