On December 17th 2020 at approximately 12:35 p.m. in the afternoon, I ordered a Cobb Zalad from the drive thru. Less than 8 minutes later I ate my salad when I got to work. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes later I begin feeling pains in my stomach and immediate diarrhea. Shortly afterward every 10 minutes I was going back to the bathroom with extreme diarrhea. This continued until I got off work around 430. While in route to my home which normally takes about 1hr 10 mins took me close to 2 hrs 15 minutes to get home due to increased stomach pain nausea vomiting and dizziness. I had to stop several times in route in order to use the bathroom vomit and to try together myself. When I got home. I instantly laid down because I was so weak and faint. About 5 to 10 minutes after I laid down I had to rush to the bathroom to use the bathroom and vomit again. My body was very very weak and the pains in my stomach increased as well as the consistent diarrhea and vomiting. I couldn't even keep water down. The extreme dizziness, the constant trips to the restroom throughout the night lasted about 7 hours non stop. I had to call a close friend to take me to the emergency Room. I arrived at the emergency Room at between 11:35 and 1155. I stayed in the hospital for about 5 hours and had to get help after being discharged. Was given an IV, morphine and another pain med due to the pain. It took about 7 full days to get my strength and appetite back.
