Had the Cobb Salad w/ grilled chicken about 8:30 PM. Woke up at 3 AM with explosive diarrhea which continued all morning until the stomach spasms and projectile vomiting started. Also light headed, dizzy, and total exhaustion. This is now day 3 and vomiting was only one day but diarrhea, light headedness, and dizziness continues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded
