Had lunch at 11:30 a.m zax snack, I only ate 2 of the tenders. 4 hours later I was vomiting up and pooping water. Severe cramps, weak. I have a one year old and it was hard to care for her also | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
