My mother and I ate at zaxbys, 2 cobb salads with chicken. Sick for days. Very I tense stomache pain. This happened in peachtree city zaxbys at 201 worth ct. Extreme stomache pain, diarrhea, fever, and nausea. What was eaten was cobb salad with fried chicken. Symptoms still 5 days later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever
