Prawn Pad Thai Illness - Zest Restaurant, San Ġiljan

1 month ago reported by user-zzrm5227 business

Zest Restaurant, St. Julian's, Malta

San Ġiljan, STJ 3208 Malta

We had a meal last night at 9pm.
The meal was pad Thai that myself and my son ate, and chicken noodles for my husband.

We had not eaten since lunchtime and were perfectly well before our meal. I also had a sparky mojito, the other two drank bottled water, and we had duck spring rolls to share.

At 230 am this morning my son woke up feeling nauseous and vomited lots.
I then started being unwell at 3.30 am

We believe our sickness and diarrhea was caused by the pad Thai.
We have had a terrible night of illness and have been left feeling terrible today.

We were so poorly and have been unable to hold down any water until now.

The shells were still on the tails of the king prawns and we believe they may not have been cleaned or fresh ! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
