I had a Big Mac meal on Monday and the day after I woke up, and I was feeling really off balance and nauseated. A while later I was burping a lot and it had a taste of McDonald's food, then I vomited and I was fine after  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
