Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Restaurant food
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: Symptoms still ongoing.
Dehydrated and cramping as well even after drinking lots water
