3 of us had sausage mcmuffins on June 27, 2025 9am, All of us had the stomach flu 10-16 hours later. We shared a meal with 3 others for lunch and dinner during the rest of the day and the other 3 did not have any issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate mcdouble meal at Carling Maitland road about quarter after midnight March 29th 2025. Next day stomach cramps, chills, many visits to toilet started liquid fire and by evening. Had double teen with root beer and sweet potato fries and a double stacker, I’ve been violently ill all night and most of the day. I only ate that and coffee and a couple soda pops.
