Ate a Smokey Original burger from the food area in the evening and after 6 hours was violently vomiting. Lasted over 6 hours and at points, thought I was going to need medical assistance. I hadn’t ate anything else apart from brunch that day, so I am very sure it was the burger.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever
