The meal at McDonalds, Last night I eat my meal and two hours after I want to vomit stomach ache and actually I did not sleep all night all the time I had to vomit and cramp strong excrement in the stomach with chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
