Suspicion of food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headaches
Suspected source: McDonald's
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: 2 hours after eating: headache, stomach ache, severe vomiting and diarrhea.

My daughters and I ate at McDonald's Halluin last Thursday, we were all sick and never thought it was coming from there.
Yesterday noon we ate at the same McDonald's and yesterday at the end of the afternoon all sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
