I ate a Big Mac on Monday 04/07 in the evening, I felt that it did not taste the same, I did not finish it, during the night I had acute diarrhea, yesterday in the day tired and muddy, again this night diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fatigue
