Consumed by 2 people 1 hour after the purchase, then sick a few hours later (the 2) (we have nothing else consumed in common)

Good evening, Sunday 23 at noon, I had lunch at the McDonalds in Gruchet le Valasse, and a few hours later (16:00) I had to go back to my shift and I started to have nausea, and on returning home the same evening I had vomiting until today, Tuesday, October 25, 2022.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
