Bought and ate a Royal TS with French fries at McDonalds in Rösrath on 2.11.22 in the evening at around 20:00. Since about 1:00 a.m., nausea and chills. Severe vomiting around 2:00. The next day, diarrhea, headaches and body aches.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Body Ache
