Since my pizza/salad yesterday, I have been suffering from bloody diarrhea, vomiting, chills and stomach cramps. The food is always very good and hasn't caused any problems before. I will no longer order from Dominoes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Chills
