This is the 3rd time my 19-year-old son has had these symptoms.1 hour or so after eating his oatmeal. The link was made because he had not eaten anything else. Vomiting and diarrhea are important every time.+ dizziness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
