Had a quarter pounder meal around 1pm from the drive through, didn't eat anything else all day and started p**ing water first around 11pm, then I was being violently sick around 4am onwards | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets, only thing me and my partner both ate. Both violently ill for 12 hours vomiting diarrhoea chills. Disgusting | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
