I have ordered the signature classic meal from mcdonalds in brentford around 20:00 and around 6 h later the dirrea and vomiting started when i went to hospiatl they have told me it was the burger from mcdonalds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
