I bought pizza around 8 pm last night. In the middle of the night my boyfriend starts getting the chills and he's really hot fever and he goes to restroom and has diarrhea. I wake up and his sisters are sick to from eating the pizza last night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills
