Ordered four tacos and carne asada fries and was fine the day I ate them but the next morning had non-stop watery diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever, and both body aches and headaches. About to go to the emergency room to have it checked out as I’m very worried it could become life threatening  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache, Body Ache
