- High Priority - Raw sewage/wastewater on ground of establishment. Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drain in kitchen in between hand wash sink and food bagging area. Observed employees walking through wastewater to bag orders.

Marie Callender's chicken pot pie, 4-pack carton. My son & I got really sick shortly after eating one each. Severe stomach pain, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea & cold chills. My son & I both got sick approx 10 min after eating the pot pies. Mine was more severe than his. This happened today.  | Symptoms: Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Diarrhea
