My husband and I ate Friday night and shared a local salad, mozzarella sticks, and margarita pizza. By Saturday night, we were both violently ill, having no not eaten anything else that day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
