I ate some mozzarella sticks with marinara from applebees last night. I woke up at 5 this morning feeling extremely nauseous. It is now 2:30pm & I still can't keep anything down. Pepto isn't even helping. I've been vomiting and dry heaving every 25 minutes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
