Bout an hour ago. I ate bout 3 hours ago , Pulled pork from gas station restaurant  The acid & pressure it’s caused to build is horrible.  I’m taking meds hoping these stay down and help   | Symptoms: Gas, Nausea, Vomiting

Had 2 burritos n hashbrown ,,sick for 3 days...vomiting, diarrhea, bad headache, stomach cramps, fever,chils n sweats,not a fun time..pretty pissed..  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
