Ate a McRib and a McDouble. Monday 12/23 1130pm. First symptoms Xmas morning 6am. Diahrerra vomit cramps stomach pain chills.
So far 17hrs still going. 4 Imodium and 3 gas x. No change.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Cramps, Gas, Vomiting

Three of my four children all ate hash browns and pancakes from McDonald's on 8/31 and by the evening they were throwing up and had diarrhea. It was the only thing they all ate throughout the day that was the same.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
