After a digriorno pizza, felt so ill, vomiting, fainted, dizzy, acid reflux and exhaustion for 24 hours post ingestion of a Digiorono pizza purchased in welches oregon. Should have gone to a hospital, but too sick to. Welches oregon thrifthway  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Acid reflux, Dizziness

About 12 hours after I ate the pizza, I had 24 hours of projectile vomit, chills, cramps, fevers, unable to keep fluids down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Diarrhea
