Ate the southwest salad Wednesday evening 5/11/16, felt nauseous all night, spent the next four days with severe headache, chills, diarrhea and vomiting. Still a little queasy at times, today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
