9/13/2016 7:45 pm flame thrower burger and a Oreo Royal Blizzard. Vomited three times at 2 AM. in the morning Couldn't eat anything until noon the following day. Low-grade fever following evening..  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
