Brisket sandwich My father and I. Symptoms started about 6 hours after eating. Projectile vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, severe nausea, muscle weakness, feeling faint and looking pale - dad only ate less than a third of my sandwich and got diarrhea   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
