IWasPoisoned.com founder to speak at 2019 Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) conference in France

Patrick Quade, who launched IWasPoisoned.com after a bout with food poisoning several years ago, will speak at the 2019 Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) conference in Nice on the French Riveria on February 28. 

The GSFI brings together key actors of the food industry to collaboratively drive continuous improvement in food safety management systems around the world. The focus this year will be on Emerging Challenges and the Future of Food Safety. Visit here to learn more about the conference.
