According to a letter from Waukesha North principal Kristin Higgins, the school's administration received more than a dozen reports of students experiencing gastrointestinal issues such as vomiting and diarrhea following prom.

It is true isopropyl based hand sanitizer does not kill Norovirus. Maybe better than soap for physical removal off the hands is dilute dish detergent, which is "clean rinsing", oil based soap leave a film that can contain particles. Hello Class of '80.
