Update July 25rd, 2025:
For the Salmonella Oranienburg outbreak (ref #1316), the FDA has initiated traceback efforts as part of the ongoing investigation to identify the source of contamination. The outbreak remains linked to a not yet identified product. Additionally, the number of reported illnesses has increased from 18 to 22. The CDC and FDA continue working together to trace the origins and prevent further cases.
