Salmonella Outbreak Linked to Moringa Capsules

Mogo Moringa LLC has issued a recall for its Pure Moringa Oleifera Capsules following a multistate Salmonella outbreak. The outbreak has affected 18 people across 14 states, with seven hospitalizations reported.The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and public health officials are investigating the outbreak, which has been traced back to Mogo brand moringa capsules.
The recalled products were sold online in white plastic bottles with a green label. Two specific lots, 15525AA and 00926AA, with expiration dates of June 2027 and January 2028, respectively, have been identified as potentially contaminated.
The issue was discovered after reports of illness were linked to the consumption of the moringa capsules. The investigation is ongoing as officials work to prevent further cases.
