To date, the outbreak includes 23 cases, 22 cases from 11 meal parties after consuming food from WildFin American Grillbetween July 29 and August 1, 2021, and 1 case that is an employee of the restaurant. No hospitalizations or death are reported at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

Seattle & King County Public Health announced that they are investigating an outbreak of norovirus-like illness with vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, and chills linked to WildFin American Grill located at 727 N 10th St, Renton, WA.
Since August 2, 2021, 10 people from 3 meal parties reported becoming ill after consuming food from WildFin American Grill on July 29, 2021, and so far one employee experienced symptoms consistent with norovirus dating back to August 4, 2021, but who did not work while contagious. No hospitalizations or death are reported at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
Norovirus is very contagious and is easily transmitted from person to person most through the oral/fecal route. Considering that hand sanitizer does NOT work against this virus, it is important to wash your hands with soap. Use bleach to clean and disinfect surfaces.
In case you are experiencing vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, and chills symptoms, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance.

Ordered a Dragon Refresher with Coconut milk Trenta @ 7am. ( for 8am shift)Consumed it. Started having stomach issues including loose stools.. went to the restroom 3x before i started and 2x during my shift at work. Had cold sheeting sweat, blurred vision, body aches, sore throat,... tongue was sore ( like when you eat too much pineapple) , felt dizzy, constricted pupils and short of breath.
Left work at 12pm ..took benedryl at 1220pm still feel sick.

On 12-1-2023 I went into Taco Bell ordered the same thing from two days before which was the value meal taco and five layer burrito and I think a Chalupa for 5$ I only ate Chalupa and taco Mountain Dew Baja blast I eat the food I... left and put five layer burrito in my pocket for the movie was going to see. In about 20 minutes into the movie I automatically started vomiting everywhere And my face was burning and felt like I was going to pass out, Thank God I was the only one in the theater I Knew something was wrong and tried to head home was so sick and about to pass out. Had to call ambulance and was taken to hospital and they said I have food poisoning. Pacific Trellis Fruit, LLC dba Dulcinea is initiating a voluntary recall of 4,872 cases of Malichita brand whole cantaloupe. The voluntary recall is due to the FDAs ongoing investigation of an outbreak involving Malichita brand cantaloupe. The cantaloupes have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The... products were distributed between October 18th - 26th in California, Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin, and sold in various retail supermarkets. To date, Pacific Trellis Fruit has not received any reports of illness.
Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy people may experience fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea (which may be bloody), and abdominal pain.
