Order spicy chicken strips and at 4 a.m. I became violently ill. It started with diarrhea and then I began vomiting non-stop for 20 minutes. And I currently have a consistent level six pain on a scale of ten in my stomach which is making it impossible…

Around 3pm I ate grilled chicken tenders, fries, chick fil a sauce and honey mustard. I had a bottle of water. Around 6pm I was doubled over with pain under my ribs. By 7:30 I was vomiting and having diarrhea.
